He has also energized numerous events as a DJ.
In addition, his simple yet classic fashion style has garnered many fans both domestically and internationally.
This time, we would like to introduce his work and career, along with a week of his outfits.

introduction
I was born and raised in Germany and currently work as the Head of Marketing at Overkill, a Berlin-based sneaker and streetwear store. I’m responsible for planning content and promotional concepts for the brands we carry, in-house content creation, and a variety of other tasks.

What led you to start working at Overkill?
I used to run a magazine called Strassenmodekultur (the literal German translation of “Streetwear Culture”). At one point, I approached Overkill to see if they would be interested in selling the magazine in their store. After some discussions with the CEO—whom I’d known for several years through the sneaker scene—I was offered the opportunity to work at Overkill. At the time, there were a few open positions, and since we already had a good connection, things progressed quickly.

How did you get started as a DJ?
I’ve always been interested in music and subcultures. When a friend of mine started DJing, I was inspired to give it a try as well—this was more than 15 years ago. Since then, I’ve been completely hooked on DJing.

If you were to move to another country in the future, where would it be?
I’ve always been a huge fan of New York City and would love to live there, even just for a while. But honestly, it’s incredibly expensive, and the current political situation in the U.S. isn’t great.
A few months ago, I visited Japan for the first time and instantly fell in love with it. It had been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. The mindset there is so different from what I know in Germany and Europe. Plus, the culture, the food, and the kind, friendly people are just amazing. If you ask me now, Japan is definitely at the top of my list.

Reflecting on 2024
If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be “eventful.” At the beginning of the year, I faced some health issues, which was tough. But on the other hand, I had so many incredible opportunities to travel to fascinating places, both for work and in my personal life.
Just a month ago, I was invited by adidas to visit New Mexico in the U.S. for an event. It was part of the release of their EQT collection. We explored national parks and deserts, went running, meditated, and had an amazing time overall.
Next year, I want to focus on my health, see even more new places, and challenge myself to write a book.

Once you figure that out, dig deeper—learn about its history, background, and context. You might uncover new layers of appeal.
